Simple operation and various monitoring features are achieved by integrating Nikkiso's original expertise, which leads to enhanced treatment quality. Overview
The DBB-EXA ES combines intelligent system design with advanced monitoring capabilities to support consistent and high-quality hemodialysis treatment. Its intuitive touchscreen interface, customizable display, and simplified prescription settings enable clinicians to operate efficiently while maintaining accuracy in therapy delivery.
The system supports real-time dialysis dose monitoring (Kt/V & URR) with updates every 2 seconds, enabling continuous assessment of treatment adequacy. It also features iNIBP (inflationary non-invasive blood pressure) measurement, delivering faster readings with lower cuff pressure to enhance both clinical outcomes and patient comfort. The flow adaptation facility helps eliminate or significantly reduce excessive RO water consumption, supporting more sustainable and cost-efficient dialysis operations.
