Trivitron Healthcare, one of India's largest medical technology companies of Indian origin has announced the acquisition of 60 per cent stake in Turkish healthcare firm Bome Sanayi Urunleri Dis. Tic. Ltd Sti. The remaining 40 per cent stake in the In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) device manufacturing firm will be held by the promoters.
