Dr. GSK Velu is a first generation entrepreneur and the founder and managing director of the Trivitron Group of Companies and co-founder & vice-chairman, Metropolis Healthcare. Established in 1997, Trivitron is now among the largest Indian MNCs in the medical technology space with group revenues close to Rs. 400 crore, and aims to be a Rs. 500 crore company by FY12. Dr. Velu shared the need of making India a nation of wealth-creating entrepreneurs and his own journey as an entrepreneur.
