Chandra Ganjoo is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Trivitron Healthcare, a global medical technology company dedicated to delivering affordable and innovative healthcare solutions across the world.
With more than two decades of leadership within the organization, Chandra has played a pivotal role in shaping Trivitron’s growth and transformation. Since joining the company in 1999, she has contributed across several strategic functions including sales, marketing, corporate communication, human resources, and operational leadership—building a strong foundation for the company’s long-term growth.
She has been instrumental in leading Trivitron’s evolution from a trading and distribution enterprise into a globally integrated R&D and manufacturing-driven MedTech organization. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its global presence, strengthened innovation capabilities, and built strategic partnerships that support sustainable growth.
Today, Trivitron serves healthcare providers in over 180 countries and operates multiple certified manufacturing facilities across India, Americas, Europe and China, delivering solutions across more than 20 medical specialties including diagnostics, imaging, radiation protection, newborn screening, critical care, and operating room solutions.
Chandra strongly believes in building organizations through the philosophy of People, Process, and Performance, a framework that has helped create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the company. She has played a key role in building strong leadership teams and enabling cross-functional excellence across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and commercial operations.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and International Marketing and began her professional career with Group 4 Securitas before transitioning into the healthcare industry.

During the pandemic, Trivitron Healthcare launched Made In India COVID-19 Kits, High-quality low-cost ventilators, and launched 20 COVID-19 RT PCR labs including mobile labs to help India fight the pandemic with self-sufficiency. The employees were also provided with free vaccination and COVID-19 leaves to ensure their good health.
