Trivitron kick started it’s exclusive CSR program named MITR on 8th Sept 2011. MITR’s initiatives for the year 2011 - 12 would hover around the campaign “Unwinding DNA” - concept that unveils itself on the grounds of humanity in four phases like Healthy Environment, Healthy Passion, Healthy US & Healthy Efforts.

On 8th September 2011 a team of 25 volunteers entered the school premises after 1 full day of training session at our office. The volunteers decorated the whole premises with balloons and other decorative. After the morning assembly, students were initially taught to paint the pots, T Shirt , pebbles etc and after that everyone got involved and started hand printing on the T-shirts, painting on pots, pebbles. It was a sight to see all children earnestly doing what was told to them. Simultaneously the dental check up for the children was also taking place. After about 1 hour of painting, students started gluing in mirrors and all jari works into the pots and diyas in their own style but very artistically. They all created a master piec , it may be photo frames , paper weights or flower pots.

Iit was a magnificent crafts work. In the end all kids had fun, enjoyed food arranged for them, had nice photo shoot, they all had gala event on the whole. The crafts work will soon be exhibited AT Trivitron Gallery and will be kept for auction internally. The fund raised from the auction will be donated to the school for the development.



Trivitron employees come together to ensure clean and hygienic learning for Uthandi school children.

The students of St.Thomas school in Uthandi were indeed a happy lot when the government school got a colorful facelift. Around 300 employees of Trivitron Healthcare visited St.Thomas government school located on the outskirts of Chennai and volunteered to beautify the school campus by painting the school walls with different hues.

Says Dr.G.S.K.Velu, Founder and Chairman, Trivitron Group of Companies, “As a key healthcare player for the masses, we believe in a healthy and a stress-free environment. Looking at the impact caused by a dusty habitat upon children, it was necessary for the school to renovate the school beams and walls and thus create clean and airy surroundings. We are happy to contribute to the healthy progress of these children and let them breathe in a disease-free environment”

The 300 employees who came from various divisions of Trivitron Healthcare cleaned the campus, thereby reinforcing the statement - “A healthy school means a healthy mind”
