ASV - Weaning Ventilation.

Hamilton Medical AG, Switzerland and Trivitron Medical Systems, Chennai, organized a seminar along with International Trauma Anesthesia and Critical Care Society (Indian Chapter) on 21st October 2005 at Crystal Hall, Traders Hotel, Chennai and on 22nd October, 2005 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

Professor David M Linton, Director – Medical Intensive Care Unit, Hadassah Medical Organization, Jerusalem, conducted   a new Concept of Ventilatory Mode i.e. ASV (Adaptive Support Ventilation) weaning in ventilation, a unique feature of Hamilton Medical Ventilator and also the application of ASV on CABG, ARDS, COPD, ALI and other cases and it benefit towards weaning the process with less readjustment of the Ventilator.
