Trivitron has earmarked Rs.250 crore investment over two to three years to set up three joint venture manufacturing facilities in Sriperumbudur near Chennai, Tamilnadu..its Foreign JV partners are Aloka of Japan, Biosystems of Spain and Brandon from UK.

Trivitron is now marching ahead towards setting up manufacturing facility for manufacturing of world class Medical Technology products which will allow the cost of treatment more affordable. With three JV’s in place and its proposed overseas forays, Trivitron is all set to achieve 1000 crore by 2010 as well as listing on the bourses. The JV with Aloka, in which Trivitron will hold 40 percent stake, will be in the ultrasound domain used in gynaecology, radiology and cardiology. Trivitron will hold a 60 percent stake in its JV with Biosystems which manufactures reagents for laboratory use.
