Achievements in 2005:

• Trivitron’s Critical and Cardiac Care division successfully bagged an order for 14 Hamilton medical ICU Ventilators from Sree Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences, Tirupathi.
• Trivitron has installed Niohn Kohden’s latest range of Digital Video EEGs at Apollo Hospital, Madurai.
• 12 Lifescope, A multiparameter monitors from Nihon Kohden has were installed at the operating rooms of SRMC/RI, Chennai.
• Trivitron added another feather to its cap by installing the prestigious Nihon Kohden MEB 9200-EMG/EP at NIMHANS (National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Science), Bangalore.
• Trivitron tied up with Artus from Germany to market their products. Artus offers nucleic acid extraction kits, real time kits and instruments. Artus 3000 is an instrument used for a number of Real Art assays due to its high performance, robustness and versatility.
• Trivitron Diagnostics launches Cellenium 19, a haematology analyser from Mindray.
• Trivitron Imaging installs Aloka’s Two SSD 3500 from prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
• Trivitron installs Neusoft MRI in MS Ramiah. Bangalore.
• First SSD 5500 of Aloka was installed at the Institute of Ultrasound Training, Delhi. The Institute is recognised by the Indian Medical Association and the Federation of Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society of India for Ultrasound training.
• Trivitron introduces Fresenius’s two new products, CRRT and ARrT plus in India. CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) helps managing renal failure better. ARrT is a combination of the conventional haemodialysis machine and the super efficient CRRT machine, ARrT Plus is cost effective and aids in ease of operation.
• Trivitron, in association with Fresenius Medical Care, Germany, markets Aqua B, a state of the art central reverse osmosis (RO) system for a safe dialysis operation. Aqua B is a single pass RO unit that meets the recommendations set down by AAMI, the European Pharmacopoeia and the European best practice guidelines for haemodialysis.
• TREK Diagnostic Systems received Frost and Sullivan’s coveted 2005 Product Leadership of the Year Award in the field of microbial detection, for the development of the VersaTREK Automated Microbial Detection System.
• Trivitron has installed 100 plus Immulite Systems in India. Immulite is from Diagnostics Products Corporation and DPC is global leader for RIA and Chemiluminescence kits and Immunoassay Analysers worldwide.
